We are an innovative independent property inventory company, providing first class products and services to the property sector across London. We work alongside Letting Agents, Property Managers, Developers and Portfolio Landlords, helping them to maximise their property portfolios potential.
We adopt a flexible business approach, along with market-leading technology, allowing us to adapt and evolve to suit our clients inventory needs. We know from experience that every client is different. We’re all different too.
Our experience in Building Surveying and Customer Satisfaction allows us to offer a unique approach to inventory inspections, blending both the technical prowess of an RICS Chartered Building Surveyor and the deep understanding and care of what it takes ensure a smooth customer journey.
Directors Bio

Christopher Pornaris MRICS
-(Director)
Chris is an RICS Chartered Building Surveyor who has over 10 years’ experience working within the residential and commercial property industry. He has used his previous experience in Landlord and Tenant disputes and Building Pathology to design our systems and processes.
He is our Technical Director and is passionate about providing our clients with the most efficient and quality inventory services. If Chris isn’t obsessing over property, you will find him by a river somewhere in Hampshire, fly fishing.

Accreditations

We are fully insured for professional indemnity, public liability and employer’s liability.

All of our highly trained inventory clerks are AIIC accredited members following best practises and undertake regular training to keep up to date with legislation and guidance notes.

We are members of The Property Redress Scheme who offer redress to consumers.
